- Alison is ten years old. Everyday she goes to school. She’s at school now. School begins at 9 and finishes at 3.
- Today Alison’s mother wants to speak to her daughter’s teacher. So she has gone to the school to see her. She’s at the school now.
အေပၚက စာပိုဒ္ေလး ႏွစ္ပိုဒ္ကို ယွဥ္ၾကည့္ပါ။ ပထမ စာပိုဒ္မွာ school လု႔ိပဲ ေရးတယ္။ ဒုတိယ စာပိုဒ္မွာေတာ့ the school လို႔ ေရးထားတယ္။
ပထမ စာပိုဒ္က school ရဲ႕ အဓိပၸာယ္က ေက်ာင္းသြားတက္တာ။ စာသြားသင္တာ လို႔ အဓိပၸာယ္ ထြက္တယ္။ ဒုတိယ စာပိုဒ္ရဲ႕ the school က်ေတာ့ ေက်ာင္းကို သြားတာေလာက္ပဲ စာသင္တာ မဟုတ္ဘူး။

- Ken’s brother is in prison for robbery.

- Joe had an accident last week. He was taken to hospital. He’s still in hospital now.

- Jane has gone to the hospital to visit Joe. She’s at the hospital now.
(Jane က ေဆးရံုကို လူနာေတြ႕ဖို႔သြားတာ။ Jane က လူနာမဟုတ္ဘူး)
- When I leave school, I want to go to university/college.
(ဒီမွာလည္းပဲ တကၠသိုလ္ တက္ခ်င္တာလို႔ အဓိပၸာယ္ ထြက္တယ္)
- U Lay goes to monastery every day.
(ဘုန္းႀကီးေက်ာင္းကို ဘာသာေရး ကိစၥနဲ႔ သြားတာ)
- Some workmen went to the monastery to repair the roof.
(အလုပ္သမားေတြက ဘာသာေရးကိစၥနဲ႔ ဘုန္းႀကီးေက်ာင္း သြားတာမဟုတ္ဘူး။ ေခါင္မိုးျပင္ဖို႔ေလာက္ပါပဲ)
